When will my order ship?
Most orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of being placed online.

If you ordered multiple items, your order will not ship until all products are in stock.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to update with the next scan location.

Some shipping methods do not provide step-by-step tracking.

Shipping methods cannot be upgraded after an order has been placed.

When will I get my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is complete.

Your confirmation email will include:

A detailed list of items ordered

Your shipping and billing address
-
The shipping method selected
-
Digital download links (if applicable)

Check your spam/junk folder.

Make sure your email address was entered correctly.

Why was I charged if my order hasn’t shipped yet?
All orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. For your security, we do not store credit card or payment information on file.
