Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping fees are not covered unless the item is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

  • Clothing that has been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • To request a prepaid return label for a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer support with a description and photo/video of the issue.

  • If a prepaid label is issued, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the label, or it will become invalid.

How to Return

  1. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

  2. Include a completed return form.

  3. Ship to the following address:

Tracking Your Return

  • Please use a mail service that provides tracking or insurance.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost during transit and can only process items we receive.

Processing & Refunds

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an update via the email used at checkout once your return is processed.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit card refunds: 3–5 business days after submission.

  • Bank account or debit refunds: up to 10 business days (varies by bank).
